All new memorials are private by default. Private memorials are never listed or indexed by search engines — only people you share the link with can visit. You can make your memorial public at any time from your dashboard, which lists it in our public memorial directory and makes it discoverable.

Yes. Every memorial has a "Leave a Message" feature that lets visitors share a memory, a kind word, or a goodbye. Messages appear in the memorial's tribute section and are visible to everyone who visits the memorial.
Your Memorial
You can upload photos (JPG, PNG, GIF), videos (MP4, MOV), and audio files (MP3) up to 95 MB each. Videos are automatically converted to a format that plays on all browsers and devices, including Android and Windows — so iPhone videos shot in any format will work for every visitor.
Yes, your memorial is yours to keep permanently after the one-time payment. There are no monthly fees, renewal charges, or feature paywalls. We built Memory Keep on the belief that a memorial should not be held hostage to a subscription.
