Yes. Memory Keep memorials are delivered through a global network, so they load quickly from anywhere in the world — whether family are in Australia, the UK, the US, or elsewhere.

The memorial works on all modern browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. It is fully compatible with iPhone and Android phones, Windows and Mac computers, and tablets. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

Yes. Open the memorial link in the browser on a smart TV, or use screen mirroring / casting from a phone or laptop (AirPlay on Apple devices, Cast on Chrome). The slideshow and music both work the same way on a large screen.

The link opens to a welcoming memorial page. From there, tapping Begin slideshow starts a full-screen sequence of all the photos and videos, with music playing automatically if any has been added. Visitors can pause, skip, or mute at any time using the on-screen controls.

Yes — the memorial is a shared place of remembrance. Visitors can browse all the photos and videos, read the tribute, and trace the places that shaped their life — birthplace, the places they lived, and favourite spots — on a gentle map, with the resting place marked. They can also light a candle and leave a tribute — a written memory, with an optional photo of their own — which appears on the memorial page for the family and other visitors to see.

Visit my.memorykeep.online and enter the email address you used when placing your order. We'll email you a secure sign-in link — no password needed. You can also sign in with Google if that account uses the same email address.

Links expire after 20 minutes. Simply visit my.memorykeep.online again and request a fresh one.

Check your inbox for an order confirmation or welcome email from Memory Keep — it will show the address we have on file. If you can't find it, contact us and we'll look it up for you.

Your memorial may still be being set up, or the email address on your account may differ from the one you signed in with. Contact us and we'll get it sorted quickly.

Yes, at any time. Sign in to your dashboard, go to the upload section, and add as many files as you like. New photos and videos appear in the memorial straight away.

Yes. In your dashboard's Media tab, open the Slideshow view and choose how each photo flows into the next — a gentle fade (the default), a slower or quicker fade, a slow Ken Burns zoom, a flip-up, or an instant change — much like the gentle screensaver styles on a smart TV. There's a "Preview the slideshow" link to watch your choice. Videos always fade in and out gently.

Yes. A single memorial can honour two people together — a husband and wife, partners, or two family members whose stories belong side by side. In your dashboard's Details tab, tick Remember two people together to add a second set of dates, and put both names in the name field (for example, "Leona & Lee"). Their two lifetimes are shown gently, one beneath the other, throughout the memorial. Many memorial sites only allow one person per page — we built this for the families who asked to keep a couple's story in one place.

Yes. In your dashboard's Details tab, the "Where they lived & loved" section lets you add the places that shaped their life — their birthplace, the places they lived, and favourite spots. Give each a name and, if you like, a short note and a Google Maps link; drag to reorder them. On the memorial they appear as a gentle list above a calm map with every place pinned — and the resting place is marked there too — so family can trace the geography of a whole life.

Yes. In your dashboard's Details tab, the “Remembrance reminders” card lets you ask us to email you a gentle reminder on the dates that matter — a birthday, an anniversary, or any date you choose, optionally repeating each year. On the day, we send the memorial’s owners a short, warm note. The reminders come to you, never to visitors, and you can edit or remove them anytime.

Yes. Near the bottom of the Details tab you can Deactivate the memorial — it goes offline so visitors and search engines can no longer see it, but nothing is lost and you can reactivate it anytime. You can also request permanent deletion (by typing CONFIRM); that cannot be undone, so if you only want to hide the memorial for a while, choose Deactivate instead. Yes. You can invite one trusted person as a co-owner to help look after the memorial — they can add and edit photos, the story, and tributes, almost everything you can. From the Invite tab, send a co-owner invitation to their email; they accept with a one-time link. A co-owner can do everything except permanently delete the memorial, and you can remove them at any time. (This is different from a contributor link, which only lets someone add photos without signing up.)

Yes. Memory Keep is a one-time purchase — there are no monthly fees or renewal reminders. Your memorial will continue to be available for as long as the service is running.
